THOMAS BARBUSCA

Thomas Barbusca (born March 3, 2003) is an American actor best known for his breakout role as Chip Pemberton on FOX’s sitcom The Mick. He has built a diverse portfolio across TV and film, showcasing his range in both comedic and dramatic roles. 

Early Life & Family Background

Thomas was born in Toms River, New Jersey, into a family with strong artistic roots. His parents, Louie and Debra Barbusca, supported his artistic inclinations. He followed the footsteps of his older sister, Brielle Barbusca, who is also an actress, when the family relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her career—and soon Thomas’s own as well. 

Proud of his heritage, Thomas is of 100 % Italian ancestry, a fact he often mentions with pride in interviews.

Currently 22 years old, Thomas celebrates his birthday every March 3 as a thoughtful and creative Pisces.  He and his family settled in Los Angeles, where he was homeschooled to accommodate his hectic filming schedule.

• 2012–2014: Guest roles on series such as Conan, The New Normal, Body of Proof, and a recurring character Link McNeil in Grey’s Anatomy (5 episodes). 

Notable appearances:

• 2015: Starred as Drew, the camp bully, in Netflix’s comedy Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, and appeared in American Horror Story: Hotel. 2016–2018: Landed his biggest role yet as Chip Pemberton on FOX's hit comedy series The Mick (37 episodes).
